Welcome to Dainty Footings

Dainty Footings was founded in 2005 for women who love wearing stylish shoes, but don't love the pain and discomfort that often comes with it. My idea for Dainty Footings came about when I was unable to find cushions specifically designed for women's shoes that not only absorbed shock but helped prevent painful foot conditions. After purchasing and trying out several different brands of shoe cushions available, I came to the conclusion that most were too bulky and wide to fit in women's shoes, or they provided minimum shock absorption for the feet.

It became my dream to design and manufacture my own shoe cushions to get the product I wanted. Finally, a year later, after researching and testing several materials for shoe cushions, I decided on PORON®, which out-performed other materials in shock absorption. Because of its unique cell structure, PORON® is breathable, helping to dissipate heat and quickly evaporate moisture, keeping feet cool and dry. After trying out prototypes on my family and friends, I knew I had found the perfect material for my shoe cushions! Dainty Footings designer shoe cushions was launched in October 2006, and are now being sold in shoe boutiques, salons and bridal stores around the country.
